We at Uni Cal Lab Private Limited is committed to provide high accurate and reliable services for customer's full satisfaction through continual improvement by adopting National and International Procedures, Professional Practices, complying with the requirements of the International Standards ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 ,statutory and in conducting ourselves with the highest level of integrity, Confidentiality and Impartiality and consistent operations in dealing with laboratory staffs , customers, suppliers and community.

All laboratory staffs are committed to work towards impartiality and Confidentiality.

This will be achieved by.

• Familiarizing the staff with policies and procedures for better implementation
• Employing competent personnel and providing training for continual improvement

• Ensuring confidentiality integrity and impartiality
